Return & Refund Policy

At FYRE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns requested after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate or personal shapewear items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was received.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers must contact us within 60 days of delivery for exchange requests.
